What you'll get:

• a 45-60 minute in-person Reiki session

To prepare for your session:

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothes. We will discuss the process of reiki, and what your desired outcomes are, whether you prefer touch or no touch, and what kind of touch is permissible for you, ie: head, hands, feet. We will also discuss choice of music and level of sound to make sure you are in your most comfortable state of mind to receive the reiki energy/treatment.
